Janet Shih

Janet joined Centaline Group in 2012 and has since played a key role in the operations and management of various subsidiaries in both China and Hong Kong. In 2019, she was appointed Chairlady of Ricacorp Properties and subsidiaries within Centaline Group. In this capacity, Janet is fully responsible for the strategic development, operational management, and financial oversight across a diverse portfolio of businesses, including real estate agency, professional services, a property listing platform, immigration and investment advisory, as well as finance and wealth management. Additionally, she oversees the group's accounting and internal audit functions and serves as one of the directors of Centaline Charity and am730.

Prior to joining Centaline Group, Janet gained valuable frontline sales and marketing experience as an investment consultant at Savills, a leading global real estate service provider. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with First Class Honours from Cambridge University.
